Better than NEW! Tested and saftey checked! Electric Motor has been waterproofed! The factory kickstand was removed and replaced with a much better heavy duty kick stand, and the small tiny horn was replaced with a loud truck horn, 2 front blinking LED lights were also added so this bike is much safer than the standard factory Ebike without even a waterproof motor! Less than 500km on this electric scooter, like new! (I use the bike to go to work and the store almost daily) This bike is very dependable! Very minor scratches hardly noticable like normal wear and tear. Looks and is almost new! I will warranty this bike!
